Shipment processing time

Orders from Hex HQ are normally processed within 2-3 business days. 

Some merchandise (apparel, totes, and mugs) is printed on demand by our partners at Printful and is normally processed within 2-5 business days.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We offer FREE US Shipping on orders over $50, and FREE International Shipping on orders over $100. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout for all other orders.

Orders shipped from Hex HQ (books, prints, buttons, pins, spell kits, and stickers) are shipped via USPS, with delivery estimated between 3-5 business days of shipment date if mailed within the US. Expect longer delivery times if mailed internationally.

Some merchandise (apparel, totes, and mugs) is shipped from our partners at Printful via various mail carriers, with delivery estimated between 3-5 business days of the shipment date.
